Aquariums: Need. Fish advice for messy jungle aquarium

My first plants aquarium (2 weeks cycling).Help me decide on fish for my tank: black neon tetra, glowlights rasbora or something else? I just want something that is easy to care for (and not too colorful). Thx guys
