Aquariums: Just realised that filled tank of several years doesn’t seem to have foam underneath, is this a problem?
Tank is 200l, stand and setup is secondhand and came as is.

I have some situation, no problem. Do we need to put anything under the tank?

Yes you should put a piece of wood and a piece of foam. Rimless tanks should have a fully supported bottom, rimed tanks only need the edges supported.

It took me a few minutes to comprehend what I was seeing. That is a time bomb – rimless tanks must be supported evenly across the entire bottom pane, or risk catastrophic failure meaning that basically the bottom collapses and everything dumps out.
You need to drain that, carefully move it to a level, even surface, put a full sheet of 1/2” plywood over the whole surface area of the stand, then put a self-leveling foam mat on top of that before putting the tank back.
I would move with a purpose.

Needs totally replaced, tank being held up only by nails/screws.

Stand isn’t built very well either the screws or bolts are carrying all the weight and while it might be fine forever I wouldn’t risk it
