i had an ammonia spike and my fish is doing this and struggling to breath, what can i do to help it, i’ve already lost three today

I think it may be swim bladder failure I’m not an expert but from everything I have seen people usually fast the fish for 3-4 days since I’m assuming it’s stocked with more than one just fast all. Idk it this will help but it should
