Looks like debris if the substrate is of black sand. Else it might be fungus of some kind

Looks like a combination of BBA (black beard algae) and hair algae
Turn down the lights a bit, it’s out competing the anubias right now.

Had that stuff in my tank a while ago on a melon sword. Added some ramshorn snails and it was gone in a week or two.
Fully acknowledge there are positives and negatives to add ramshorn snails.
My Nerite snail doesn’t seem to want to climb on plants. My Otos won’t eat that stuff for some reason.
