I am so so happy right now. I'm going to move within the next few months and have been saving up for it, planning on buying a new tank stand after the move.
I'm currently staying at my girlfriend's house with her family and they secretly made this for me! I had expressed how I was unsure and wary about the current "stand" I had, which is just an old, cheap dresser, so they came up with a new one! This stand has been made out of 4×4 wood, and it just looks fantastic!
I'm just so stunned and touched, and I just wanted to share!

In case if anyone is wondering, I have 6 panda corydoras, 5 cardinal tetras, 1 mystery snail and numerous ramshorns. Forgive the mess! I had to lower the water to move the tank. Any advice about setup (tank or stand) is welcome! Am already planning on getting more plants.

For construction lumber, they did a hell of a job making it look amazing.
Congrats on the new tank stand. It’s definitely overbuilt so I wouldn’t worry about the amount of weight a tank that could fit on top would weigh
