Hi! I’ve been feeding my fish the top fin flakes, and they’re all doing well and eating them, but I have a second bottle of nutrafin and I’m wondering which is better for them, if any difference. They won’t eat the nutrafin but I’m sure I can get them to if I stop feeding topfin.
And if you guys think both are crap, give me some recommendations to try out!!

Unless you are breeding to sell the fish I don’t think it matters. All the foods will keep your fish alive and well.
Variation is the key to feeding so I would just feed them both
Keep them both. Current fish food is so good. Unless you’re breeding I think you’re good
You’ve gotten the correct answer (feed both) but to answer which of these two is technically better, I’d probably say the one with the red background on the label. More actual fish ingredients towards the top (ingredient panels are done by the weight of ingredient prior to cooking) and more types of proteins in the make up of the food.
I was in an aquatic shop last weekend and the fella told me to stop feeding my fish flakes and use pellets. He said as well that he only stocks flakes because its old school. Flakes pass straight throughj fish as soon as they eat. He said he feeds the fish in the shop what he sold me for mine
