Betta Fish: Male or female? How can you tell?

Hi there, I can't tell if my fish is a male or female even after trying to Google the differences to look for. I'm pretty sure it's a rare crimson dumbo betta. What do you guys think? (Still working on getting all the plants and such for my aquarium setup, apologies) 😅
