Aquariums: Gender check on these GBR?

Sorry for the blurry pics they thought I was feeding them and got excited lol.

I was pretty sure I'd gotten a breeding pair when I picked them up but as time has gone on I'm doubting.

At least one is definitely female, because I've had several spawns from them, and I've watched one and they both made passes over the eggs, and they both watched over them for the first day. However, after the first day they eat the eggs. Are they just bad parents or do they know they're not fertilized?

They also seem to argue a lot when they don't have a spawn, and they do still disagree a bit when they do. Not sure if they need a divorce or it's a girl fight.
