My fluorocarbon seems to slip off my reel even at the highest drag. Does this video show that it’s the reel to blame or could it still be the line? Should I send it back?

I would try this with only about 4-5 feet of line on it, it’ll be much easier to tell the problem

What knot did you tie? Also make sure the first 20 yards or more is super tight with the drag locked down when spooling. Ive never had flouro slip and use it for backing in braid for this reason so I dont really know what else could be happening here.
