It loods kind of small to be honest, maybe a betta and/or some shrimp and snails. Alsof don’t do tetras as they need a school and room to swim straight. Could make for a nice planted aquarium though

its always definitely worth it! good starter fish are guppys, neon tetras, mollys, otocinclus, theres many species that are good starters!

Also, for cleaning use vinegar, stay away from chemicals

Is that a regular sized Bic lighter? In that case, don’t put any fish in this aquarium. Make a nice planted tank out of it and out in some neocaridina shrimp. Do some research on it. Add some nerite snails and that should make a nice little tank. Fish would only be stressed in that size, even if it’s small fish because those usually need to be in big groups.

Looks like one of those plastic Topfin 1gal tanks on sale for 24bucks right now. Very hard beginner tank if you dont know how to keep your water parameters in check. Start with a 20g very easy and forgiving tank size. This size is good for a few shrimp and a snail or something like that. Not for fish its to small.
