I got this tank stand off Amazon and the measurements all lined up great, but once I got it I realized the tank hangs a big over the side edge and back edge. It’s impossible to line it up properly. Is this a concern?? It’s been like this for a couple of months but I just moved the shelf that was next to it and now I can see how much the back looks wonky.

All four corners need to be fully supported. This is a ticking time bomb.
This is a prime candidate for r/stressfulaquariums – huge concern. If you don’t have another stand you can use, move it to the floor until you do (siphon off most of the water first and leave the fish in what’s left to make moving it possible).
I mean…you already made the decision when you filled it with water?
