It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it works for me and my fish the tank is 17 gallons and we have our family goldfish along with a school of six white could mountain minnows, two male guppies, one hillstream loach and an amano shrimp who is the oldest resident at almost 4 years old plus a zebra nerite snail. The tank is kept at 22ºc and the tank will be upgraded hopefully later this year once we move into our new home.
Thanks!

Way too small for a goldfish + everything else you have. You also need way more plans.
The goldfish needs a much larger tank it also doesn’t need a heater if kept indoors. It will also most likely eat your shrimp once it grows big enough.
That goldfish will likely eat everything, from the plants to that amano shrimp.
I have some goldfish and I speak from experience, I’ve tried all kinds of plants to even a pothos (just the roots, of course) and they’re destroyed within a week.
