Husband dinged our 10 gallon tank with the edge of a pan tonight and chipped the edge. The seal isn’t exposed to the air and it doesn’t have any fissures coming off it. I’m going to pick up another tank tomorrow. Just super worried since it is on the seal!! 🥹🥹

Should be fine.
I reason it will hold until you pick up another tank tomorrow but I certainly wouldn’t leave it. It’s not ‘cracked’ but its large enough to have severely weakened the glass at that spot and over time the constant water pressure will eventually find a way.
I’d also drain about 50% of the water out of the tank so there is less pressure on the glass and seal until you get the other tank home. The fish will be fine in the meantime.
Should be fine for the night, up high enough there isn’t much pressure there.
That’s known as a scallop chip. Your tank is in no danger of cracking. You can replace it if it makes you feel better, but you don’t need to.
