I thought that was a bloated oto, but that is spawning.

laying eggs. Surprised they are doing it on such small leaves, but they deposit eggs on the underside of leaves

Looks like breeding. From what I’ve read it’s pretty rare in home tanks, so that’s a lucky catch. I’ve kept otos for a while and I’ve never seen it happen either.
