Aquariums: i need someone who understands to see this
this was the only flair that i felt like fit, i aint never seen DIY be more DIY than this
yes the sign says the fish is alive, and from what ive seen he is, this is my local chinese restaurant and i just was SPEECHLESS

The poor fish. At that point, to have such a bare tank, and a low water level, why even bother having an aquarium in a restaurant.

hey atleast they put a coat rack in there so the fish can hangup their jackets after a long day

if someone in the public threw something in the tank what would be the treatment for a sick oscar that had been poisoned? im pretty sure you lower the water and give it 100% clean tank. it looks like they know its low. the filter is extended. the fish could be being rehabbed and they just dont want to let it go.
