I’ve been away at college and I come back every week to clean the tank and check up on my betta fish. My mom has been feeding her during the week while I’m gone. Came back and saw her forehead looked like this and her eyeballs are cloudy. Her fins look a bit roughed up too. What’s the best thing I can do to help her?

I’d start with aquarium salt. Maybe it’s a skin infection? Not sure how that would happen if she’s by herself
Is that the only fish in the tank? Do you have driftwood or rocks in the tank? My old betta fish always got their fins roughed up from my decor. She could have gotten stuck and had to ram her way out
