What’s the name of this lure? When would you use it? I’ve had it for years and never tired it.

This was originally a Daiwa lure from the 1980s called the Live’n Cicada. There was a version from Megabass a few years ago, but both that and the Daiwa version were marked on the back. I’ve seen Chinese copies over the years that weren’t marked and this is probably one of those. It’s a topwater lure, like a Jitterbug. Use it anytime bass might hit a topwater, like early morning, around sundown, on overcast days or in areas shaded by overhanging trees, under docks, etc., or at night.
