The line ratings on reels are just estimates. Every brand of “15lb braid” is going to have a different actual diameter.
It doesn’t look overspooled but it does look too heavy. You might try adding a shim to move the spool up and see if that gives you better line lay.

Looks ok to me, all my BGs cast best filled right to the line where the rim turns gold.
It might be worth adding a shim, but it’ll fish.

Over spoiled? Why, is it misbehaving? Have you tried a timeout?

Look about right to me, when I spool most of my reels I always push it right to the max.
My primary venture for fishing is at the beach, so distance for me is vital. A reel spooled to the max is going to get me a few more years then one that’s under spooled.

Yes, too much line! Take some off you’ll be fine.

Is that the citadel reel?

After a few lure tangles and line twists you’ll be fine.

Is that actually braid? Looks more like mono.

Looks good for me.
I personally like a flat line lay but Daiwa suggests a cone, like yours currently has.
