Betta Fish: Needs some help educating this creator on proper Betta care (details in comments)


Hey everyone, I came across this video of a new Betta setup. It’s a very "aesthetic" look, but as you can see, it’s a small unheated bowl with plastic decor that could be harmful.

The comments are currently full of people praising the look, and I’m worried she doesn't realize the biological needs of the fish. I’ve tried DMing her politely, but haven't heard back.

If anyone has a moment to leave a kind, educational comment on the post, it might help her see that the fish needs a heater, filter, and more space to thrive. Let’s try to keep it supportive so she feels encouraged to upgrade rather than attacked!

    You couldn’t *possibly* believe that person cares about fish 😂😂😂 these videos are just thirst traps with a theme. And you posting this here just encourages more views which pumps their accounts. Good job helping promote her 👍

    Unfortunately she doesnt seem like a person who would care about the life of any fish it’s all about how many views and likes she gets, Probably why she is deleting comments she just doesnt want to know how to care or provide a home for this poor betta fish.

    If there is such a thing as life after death i hope this beautiful fish is waiting for her on the otherside so it can dunk her in a tiny bowl and have all the other fish that have been abused hit that thumbs up.
