I got some new food and it said to feed her the amount you can within 1-2 minutes (bug bites micro granules) then realized I overfed her a bit too much after reading online 😭 still not sure the correct amount as everyone had different answers but I am going to minimize it. But is she bloated and should I fast for a day or two? I just want what’s best for her 🥹
also just incase any comments, I am getting rid of her rocks here within this next month and turning it into sand and substrate, will also probably get rid of that big cave hide and try finding one without paint or even going to drift wood!

I dont know about the severity, but I just did the same thing!!!!!
I skipped 1 day feeding for my male Dragonscale. His belly went down, and all is well now. I still follow directions on the food, just a lil less each serving.
She is really bloated. Like you say, fast her, do not be scared of having her 2-3 days without food (not more) since she’ll be ok, once the bloating is gone you can continue feeding her but less!
