Idk if this is ick, fin rot or a fungus?

It might be fin rot but it seems like there isnt any fin left to rot

Well when I found her she wasn’t in good shape. I just want to make sure she gets better.

5 gallon planted with no mates, with the correct sized heater and I’m using a sponge filter. The tank averages 78 degrees. Ammonia, nitrates and nitrates are almost 0. She gets feed hikari betta daily. i change the water every 10 days or so.

Looks like dropsy. Scales look like they’re starting to pinecone out. If it is dropsy then there is nothing you can do.

Aquarium salt treatment in a separate tank for a week in 80 degree water. Change water every other day.

Was your tank cycled? This looks like a combination of ick (or epistyles), fin rot, and the start of pineconing. The first two are generally a symptom of poor water quality.
