shes has been very curious and was constantly exploring her tank and tank mates the day I got her but that curiosity cost her to get sucked by filter and lose his rear fin to not work and I looked closer and realized that it’s rear fin is bent, she usually goes swimming horizontally to surface to gasp for air and sink back down I don’t know what should I do or how to fix it
(hole was big enought to fit an amano shrimp there’s a sponge filter now I’m sorry)

I’ve had this happen (a little different, but same scenario) and bluey recovered fully. Keep an eye, make sure water is good parameters, aquarium salt (don’t do a bath bc the moving could stress them out, just add it to the tank), adding some tannins could also help- here is a photo of bluey when it happened vs recovered

Depending on the type of filter, you might be able to add a sponge to the intake so that water can still flow in without the chance of sucking the fish in!
