Put some heavy stuff on it while it is outside and observe the consequences. It looks sturdy. If it falls over or rocks or whatever see what the consequences should be.

20g figure 200 lbs, I would be care of what is underneath it. Would only put it on concrete floor, not wood or an upstairs room.

Im not sure about the smaller one in the back, it looks less sturdy but that might just be the picture. The one in the front can likely hold a few hundred pounds per shelf no problems. Similar looking shelving on Amazon says 550lb per shelf. Just use good quality wood and support on all 4 sides.
