Hello, I bring sad news today.
My little black orchid Betta passed away yesterday (not pictured)
I had taken to calling him Benny and while he was only with me a short time, I am very glad I was able to give him a comfortable resting place. He had seemed to improve slightly over the first couple of days but I noticed that his breathing never improved. Sadly, I think he was just too far gone, likely multiple-organ failure. He will be missed greatly.
Thank you to everyone who commented, this really showed me just how much people care about these little souls. In some weird way, I think he knew he was loved.
