API Freshwater Master Kit…added some leaves to the tank a few days ago and was checking if the ph had changed. Anyway, I am not confused, right? This is a typo?… Because I tested at 7.4 on the high ph scale then I read it's 7.6 on the low range test. Huh?

Split the difference and call it 7.5. There will always be some uncertainty in this range that falls in the high end of the low and the low end of the high.
Not exactly 7.6 since that’s a darker blue. Typically if you can’t tell the color or it doesn’t make an exact match, it’s more in between two different ph tests. If it’s reading at 7.4 exactly on high range ph, it’s 7.4. If you want to take maybe a small adjustment for error, it could even be 7.5
Color in pics is hard, but in my experience, the 7.6 on the regular ph test is darker than what’s in your tube. Based on that tube i would read that as close to 7.2.
But really I wouldn’t think about it that much. Look for a crazy or unexpected value. Otherwise, if it’s 7.0 or 7.2 or 7.4 or 7.6… yeah, fine. Just try to keep it steady or very gradually trending in a direction if that’s what you’re trying to.
Really though, anything 7.0-7.8 is going to be fine for most all community type fish. Something bluish on the ph tube and something yellowish on the high ph tube consistently is really as much thought as needs to be put into it for most fishkeeping experiences.
Start growing weed or making cheese so you have a reason to get a real nice aspera pH meter
