Pretty sure Koi don’t have such large fins. Think it was miss labeled. They can definitely change colors though. This is my female Koi. When I bought her, she was standard pink multicolored Koi. She got sick, treated her with meds, turned THIS color! And hard to tell, but her fins are great, edges are just really dark!🤷♀

Does not look like a Tangerine Koi. He is much more unique so you are lucky. 🍀 His tail variety looks like a half moon
