Just got a new betta, and this is the first white one I've owned. Is this just its colouring or is it ich? He's very active and doesn't seem to be rubbing up against anything.

it does look like the beginning of ich… especially cuz the little dots aren’t just on the white scales but also on the black… and the fins really do look suspicious
