Im looking for my first kayak and after doing some research I'm highly considering a ReelYak kayak as it's modular which fits my transportation and storage needs and seems like a good quality fishing yak with nice features. I would appreciate any opinions if anyone owns one or has experience with modular. Other than modular ive been considering an inflatable but i hear mixed reviews about them

Im looking heavily into the 10ft Radar

This was my first kayak, still have it. If you’re a bigger person (I’m 6 ft, 245), it didn’t feel very stable to me. My much smaller wife uses it every now and then just fine, doesn’t stand up in though.

What kind of vehicle do you have and what’s your budget? I originally had a Tucson and wished I had spent the money on a decent roof rack and a better kayak.

Im not the biggest person (5’9 180lbs)

I have a Colorado with a 5′ bed but my biggest issue is no where to really store it at home currently. I would rather stay under or around $2000
