I was taking a video of my cute snail and this weird worm like thing swam in the back… I noticed one a while ago but Ive drained, cleaned, and, cycled my tank since then… how could it have served that? does anyone know what it is? Is it bad? Is my shrimp army in danger?!?

it eats organic matter in your substrate, its feces is ready made food for your beneficial bacteria. but if you hate them because it destroys the aesthetic, decrease feeding frequency and amount
