So I have a 200l 100cm wide tank, I already have there 2 ancitrus pleco, 10 red nose tetras and I’d like to add someone else who is colourful and beginner friendly. Maybe someone has any options?

Nice setup. Another school of tetras perhaps. Higher bodied ones like lemon tetras would contrast with the rummynose in shape and colour. But there are lot of other tetras to choose from. Or a school of cherry barbs. If you don’t want to do another schooling fish you could do one or a pair of angelfish or bolivian rams. A small group of pearl gouramis perhaps. The tank is a good size, there are almost endless options.

Btw I think a applying a dark backgound would a good idea.

I have really enjoyed having the humble Platy. They’re so easy to keep and are always up to something in the tank. A really good source of colour as well
