Just got a new 20 gallon and I’m trying to figure out a stand situation, I’ve had this shelf sitting around holding an unstocked 10gal. the 20gal fits on it with a tiny bit of overhand in the back. Y’all think it would support a full tank? Thanksss

No overhang. Replace the mdf with plywood.
I’d guess that will easily hold the weight. Before you go far do a test fill give it a wiggle. Or stand on it.
Push the legs hard up to the skirting board, the. Using a bit of wood the same thickness, just a couple of small blocks, place between the back legs and the wall then run a screw through the leg, block and the wall. Obviously will need to put your wall plug in first. It will certainly hold the weight but it you don’t screw to the wall it might sway easily.
Again swap out the wood for sure that is 100% no go. Use thick ply too and seal
