This is the first aquarium I have ever kept and I have loved taking care of her and her tank mates! The shrimp do give me a bit of anxiety, just because sometimes they will hang out in the betta hammock. However, the only time I have had my betta hunting shrimp was when I had to be away from the tank for 8 days.
I will specify that my shrimp had been in the tank for two weeks before introducing the betta and they had coexisted for 6 weeks before I had to leave.
