My wife accidentally bumped the edge of this tank I had outside testing to see if it holds water. Please tell me I can still use this or I’ll cry. Pinky finger for scale.

That’s a conchoidal chip, so there’s little to no remaining stress and it’s unlikely to become a progressive crack. It’s also near the top, so there’s very little pressure there. Keep an eye on it for a while to make sure it doesn’t develop a crack. If it’s in an accessible place, I’d put a little clear epoxy over it to smooth over any sharp edges for safety.
