I stumbled on a company called Creek Life that makes really small EWG offset shank hooks in normal panfish sizes.
Took a Trout Magnet worm, cut it in half, melted the end slightly so it would round out. Rigged it on a size 6. Above is a 6" Yum Dinger on a 4/0 EWG for comparison.
