Hi all, recently joined. I have a red half moon plakat and it's one hell of an aggressive guy but has its character. Recently I noticed it's tummy has a weird shape and it's lopsided to one side. I thought it's bloating but it's been few weeks and it doesn't go away. It is still swimming around and eating as usual but past few days it seems to spend more time resting at the bottom.
I've had it for 4 Months and it lives in a 13l tank that is heavily planted. Water change 1x a week and feeding hikari vibra bites 2x a day….
CHATGPT seems to say it's a tumor and I suspect it is due to the lopsided shape…… Sigh…. No cure it says.

Did you try fasting and epsom salt bath
Yeah man….fasting already 2 to 3 days a week, Epsom salt already done but still like this. I was hoping for it to be bloating so it can be cured….. But afraid it’s not
Almost 100% sure this is a tumor, bloat shouldnt look this bad. I agree with the others, fast and salt bath
