Looks like a bladder snail egg clutch! Theyre harmless detritivores, so no worries.

Thatās a weird looking poo if all you have is indeed a betta. Healthy betta poos should preferably be smaller and rounder. To be on the safe side, Iād either reduce volume of feed for a day or two or do a fast for a day. What you could do is remove it and see if it breaks apart like poo does, if it doesnātā¦ well, I wouldnāt be sure myself what it is then!

That could be a dehoused snail.
Dehoused is sadly almost sertaintly dead, since there are no homeless snails in the water š¢
