I just noticed this lump on my bettas head. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Most likely a tumour, not much can be done except keep up with good water quality, quality food etc.. watch out for how his quality of life is and make decisions accordingly. Maybe salt baths can help also it down (take it with a pinch of salt, I’ve never done this but have seen others)
Also how old is your betta? Sometimes it comes with age (is he a dragon scale?)
