Looks like a species of clado! I intentionally introduced it to my tank by shredding a Marimo moss ball and tucking it in the nooks and crannies of my hardscape to produce kind of a pseudo-carpeting effect like you’ve got going.
I have to stay super on top of it so it doesn’t take over my gravel substrate (a rock’s a rock, after all!), but it’s gorgeous to see it swaying on the driftwood, and my shrimp and kuhlis love it. ❤️
