Running a 20lb braided backing with about 15ft of Fluoro leader. Had rhe guy at bass pro spool the braid on for me and he used all 150 ft of it. Running a Shimano Symetre 3000 reel.

Not a big deal. Don’t cast into the wind and you should be fine as you work the line down over time.
