About a month ago I began taking my sons out on Sunday mornings for guys time. Up until now we’ve only caught a handful of small bluegill. Today the three of us reeled in 24 fish combined. Most were still babies but we caught some big fish too. Redeye Bass, white bass, and river chub.(still learning species) They were so excited I had to stop fishing and help them take the fish off the hook. It was awesome! Bait: red worms

  1. Nice! Grab an ultralight rod it’ll make those fish feel like sharks. It makes catching blue gill and smaller fish fun and teaches you how to control drag or keep your line taught while fishing.
