Aquariums: Could i use this rock in my aquarium? It passed the vinegar test
It didn’t react to vinegar and i scrubbed it vigorously

This is gold quartz, which is aquarium safe. Yeah you can use it. In the tiny little chance I’m incorrect in my identification (you can look it up yourself and see if the photos match the specimens you have on hand) just keep an eye on your pH for a few weeks after adding it.
That and also the reddish streaks could be iron content so it may or may not raise iron slightly in your tank. Which is good for plants but depending on the amount it releases (which probably isn’t a lot) it could shift the minerals in your tank very slightly.
