Hi all, I recently bought a Daiwa Infeet Z and noticed a slight creaking/clicking sound from the 2nd guide when I flex the rod or move it.
There’s no visible movement.
Is this something to worry about or normal for light rods?

Epoxy probably broke between guide foot and blank..
Yes it’s normal, just the excess epoxy cracking as the metal flexes. Does not affect the performance of the rod at all and will probably stop eventually as you use the rod more.
