1st fish ever caught. From the bank caught a springer out of the Solduc. 1/2oz spoon with a hoochie on it. 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of water to keep it moist while baking and broiling. Allowed a crust while the inside stayed juicy.

    Side note – try wine instead of water. These are fatty fish and a bit of acidity to cut the fat makes the flavors even better.
