Hi everyone,
I’m an avid fisherman, and when I started out I really wished there was one place where I could understand what to fish, where to go, what setup to use, and why.
So I’m building Bona Pisca: https://bonapisca.com
The idea is to make a free, practical guide for beginner to intermediate anglers, especially around Mediterranean fishing: species, rigs, methods, shore spots, conditions, and simple starting routes.
It’s still very early, and I’m trying to go a little against the classic “never share anything with anyone” fishing mentality. I know local knowledge is precious, but I also think beginners should have a better starting point than random forum fragments, confusing gear lists, or trial and error forever (as I did for months when I started).
The site is free, built out of passion, and I’m trying to understand the best direction and receive some feedback from real anglers!
Thanks, and bona pisca!
