You would be correct. Fins are much too short to be a permit.

Question for the group…is it okay to keep a fish if you have it narrowed down to 2 and both would be within guidelines to keep?

One of my FAVORITE eating fish. This fish is so good pan fried whole. Makes my mouth water thinking about it. It was a fish we used to eat a lot in our Vietnamese household when we lived in Florida. I would love to go fishing for pompano but unfortunately it isn’t easy in Georgia.
