My fish tank all set up. 65 gallons. Haven’t had a running fish tank in over 5 years. Anything I should change or that’s missing before I add fish. Still in the early stages and will need to wait a couple weeks before adding fish while bio filter works its way through. Don’t love the gravel substrate but it is what it is. Thinking of having columbian tetra, keyhole cichlids, and maybe an electric blue acara. Thoughts?

if you dont love the gravel substrate, id change it right now in an uncycled tank with no beneficial bacteria established. Cichlids like sifting through subsrtae and the gravel may hurt them. A
Is that a big enough filter for 65 gallons ?
