I live within 5 minutes of it but have been 10+ times and got skunked *every* time!
Obviously pretty heavily pressured since it’s a public park so it sees lots of lures. Water is tannic and dark but pretty dang clear, there’s also a large reservoir/ditch on the property not shown but it’s only 3-4’ deep in the deepest parts.
I’ve got a medium rod and a light, showed my lures in one of the pics! I typically start with chatterbait/spinners but never get any action.

Highly pressured fish a wacky rigged crawfish colored senko or weedless fluke in a natural baitfish color or white.
I’d start by the pier and work my way around the bank.
If you’re not getting action, use something different.
Mepps #1 is a go to.
Or crappie jigs.
When in doubt, I use smaller lures.
What fish does it hold? Try dawn or dusk instead of midday.
Dude… How can I live there?!
Get live worms
That beetle spin in the top left corner can be used with any of those grub tails, but I’d try it in black first around all the edges. Or that little grasshopper crankbait. Rooster tails are another good option.
