I pulled it out of the water a couple months back while fishing never seen this kind before there’s no name on it only the two fish circling one another in the second picture so I thought I would come to Reddit for help

That logo is an old bass pro shops design, mid to late 80s to mid 90s.
Edit: also its a spinnerbait
