I have this old Pelican sit in kayak. Been letting my buddy use it so I have someone to fish with. Still works fine except the bungees on the front and rear that hold the hatch on have lost their stretch. Is it possible to replace these? Anyone ever done it? The front I can see there's just like some metal clips on the ends in the holes to hold them in. The back is more like rivets.

I did it on my old Mantaray. You just need to measure the thickness of the current bungies and you can buy a roll off Amazon.
I’m not familiar with that model specifically, but in my experience the cordage can always be replaced.
