Hello, I just saw this type of worm is present in my tank (1 week old, still cycling).
Do you guys have any idea on what it is?
Is it harmful or I can keep them?

Look like Planaria. They might be eaten by fish but probaly not. They can kill shrimp babies. Get a trap for them if you want them gone.
